ARKO offers two types of construction packages for our customers. The 1st one is when our very experienced architects design for you your dream home and secure the building permission from the local authorities so that our very skilled workers start building it. If you have already hired an architect for the design and building permissions we will build your new home following the existing plans and specifications. As a 3rd generation family business with over 50 years in constructions we are so confident in the quality of our work that we provide 15 year structural guarantee to all our clients for new constructions.
