  • The offer is valid for an apartment up to 70 sq m. For a larger or smaller apartment, the price is adjusted accordingly.

  • All work is supervised by the company's highly experienced engineer in collaboration with our highly experienced team and the renovation manager. We guarantee that you will have a perfect result without any defects and with a written guarantee.

  • The offer is valid for freshening up paint or light plastering. In the case of multiple repairs, there is a small charge to the customer.

  • Prices do not include VAT.

  • The price includes a kitchen up to 7 linear meters.

  • The price applies to a total bathroom area of up to 22 sq m.

  • In case you do not want any of the included tasks, the price will be adjusted accordingly.

  • The price is indicative as each house case is unique and depending on the degree of difficulty the price may be adjusted downwards or upwards. Ask us for a quote and a company representative will visit your site to give you a quote at no cost to you.
